We got you covered. Don’t worry about packing those little travel size shampoos — we’ve got that, conditioner, body wash and sunscreen for ya so you can travel light.
Laundry
We don’t like dirty clothes in our house, so we have a washing machine and dryer- great idea, right? That’s why we put one in your space too, just like home.
Caffeine
If you’re about fresh brews in the AM, we’ve got options for you. For single-serve coffee fast & hassle-free we’ve got a Keurig coffee machine & a stock of K-cup coffee pods. If you want to take it slow and maybe make a bigger batch, we’ve got a french press too if you’re about that. We know bags of coffee grounds don’t stay fresh forever, so we only provide individually sealed K-cups, but not bags of ground coffee. If you want some recommendations on where to get good beans, check our local attractions page for great coffee spots, including a couple award-winning local coffee roasters. If coffee is not your cup of tea we’ve got a small selection of tea bags too 😉
Television
There is a smart TV in the main common space equipped with streaming services such as: Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Movies, Hulu, Discovery+. We do not provide login/ subscriptions to these services, but you are able to use these services with your own subscription. The TV’s “Guest Mode” setting allows you to set an end date when the TV will delete your login info automatically.
Linens
All bedding, bath towels, wash cloths, and beach towels are available for your use. We ask that if you choose to do a load of laundry, that you do not wash the colorful beach towels with the white bath towels.
WiFi
Whether you’re working from home, binge watching Netflix shows, or just wanna browse the web, we’ve got top speed (600Mbps), reliable WiFi to make that happen for you and your guests. The password can be found on the coffee table in the living room.
Additional Bedding / Seating
Additional towels, wash cloths and beach towels are located in the linen closet in the hall between the living room and the kitchen. Additional sheets, blankets, pillows and bedding are located in the prospective bedroom closet. Folding chairs for additional seating can be found in the laundry room.
Lawn Maintenance
During the rainy season, lawn maintenance is provided weekly, typically on Mondays. In the winter, lawn maintenance is provided biweekly. He will gain access to the back yard through the side gate to mow the grass. This typically takes only about 15 minutes.
